My Technician did a great job with my nails and pedicure and his overall customer service was excellent. However, when checking out the receptionist (fair skin young lady with braids, my first time seeing her working the front desk) over charged me and then only corrected the amount after I asked for a price breakdown, but did not offer an apology for the mistake. The other young lady at the desk that was there with her gracefully stepped in and politely broke down the price along with the nail technician. I frequent this nail shop and overall the customer service and quality of work is usually excellent.

Great experience at this nail salon! They took me in immediately, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my visit. I had a soak-off before my manicure, and the technician explained every step, which I appreciated. I got both a manicure and pedicure, and they were very mindful of my cuticle and nail health—especially since I made it clear that mattered to me. The prices aren't hidden, but it's still a good idea to ask for clarity upfront. They even offered beverages during the service (the tea was really good!), and I loved that they separate general pedicures from their higher-end options that include massage—very impressive setup. I’ll definitely be back!

Oooooo!!! I gifted myself with a very impromptu 'Self-Love Spa Day' this holiday weekend at V-Spa in Waldorf, MD! The care and thoughtfulness that was extended to me from the moment I walked into the Spa to the moment I walked out was so... I am STILL exhaling happy-ness! Peter-my Peter always makes me feel and look soo beautiful! I am no longer a 'hairyMary' as he corrected the mess I'd made of my eyebrows... and removed the caterpillar from over my lip! And THEN! My amazing pedicures almost put me to sleep with the best foot massage in the western hemisphere! My feet don't look like Fred Flintstone or Barney Rubble any more! Today's trick will be: Getting any work done because I keep admiring my hands as I type... and write... and ... talk! Thank you, V-Spa... for helping me to be in love with meeee!!!

It was great. They didn't ask if I wanted anything to drink and I ask what is callas removal I saw them do that to my husband part of package we got like same thing BUT I didn't receive that.

Pedicure today with TITI again and I must say she is positively the best I've ever had anywhere from start to finish! Professional, kind, friendly, funny, strives for perfection ....and achieves it. Just the right amount of pressure....takes the time to ensure temperatures are perfectly suited to my comfort level. Worth her weight x 10 in gold! Thank you!

A couple of my friends have standing appointments here, so I decided to give this place one more go... and it was well worth it. I don't remember seeing any of the nail techs from my 2019 visits, so I'm not sure if this place is under new management, staff overhaul, or if they've done some serious customer service training. Either way, it's MUCH better than my previous experiences. I enjoyed my time there and the mango-strawberry frozen drink really hit the spot on a hot summer day. This is was my first time trying them and I am VERY pleased! I came in at about 7P and they were only able to accommodate polish changes since they were closing at 8P, but I was okay with that. My tech was Nina and she was really sweet. I was honestly skeptical because most places aren't the most friendly especially when they're closing, but Nina was pleasant. She was patient with me as I chose my colors and even gave me a little razzle dazzle. I will surely be back to have the full experience with her! Update: Turns out Nina's special touch and pleasant accommodations were a perfect set up for my engagement just a week later I was completely surprised so of course, this set is even more special!
